Michael has 27 years’ experience in planning, leading and delivering multi-dimensional, high-profile projects, working across the spectrum as a main contractor, consultant and client representative.

Michael’s combination of a strong technical background, commercial management and demonstrated experience in producing and establishing project and company procedures, gives him a unique ability to work at all levels of a project, planning and guiding success with a dynamic and flexible management style.
With extensive international experience, including work on some of the UAE’s largest and most iconic project developments, Michael brings a finely-tuned international perspective and a focus on best practice to the planning and development of every task.

Michael has successfully led multi-disciplinary international teams of professionals comprising architects, interior designers, engineers and contractors in front line, client-facing roles. He has a versatile and dynamic leadership approach, which has proved successful when working in roles on both sides of the industry – as either contractor or client.

Michael has broad experience in a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure programmes, often working in challenging global locations. Having managed projects from concept design to practical completion and handover, he understands the tailored approaches required at different stages of the project lifecycle.
