Phill is the newest member of our management staff, being with ABL since 2009. Phill re-trained as a Quantity Surveyor after originally thinking his calling was in the engineering field. Phill was highly sought after when he completed his QS training so we were very lucky he chose ABL to develop his skill. Phill has worked on a number of significant projects in our Dunedin, Queenstown and Christchurch branches.
