Karina joined the ABL team in late 1993 as receptionist after completing the Office Systems course at Otago Polytechnic.
Karina deals with office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mail, collating timesheets for sending to payroll, sending out contract acceptance documentation and following up on their return.
She is also responsible for issuing of Health and Safety subcontractor approval documents, uploading documents to the tenders website, and assisting the Quantity Surveyors and site foremen with any administrative requirements they may have.
