This project was a fast track project where we were on board shortly after the consultants.  Complicating factors were compactness of site, location in the middle of Uni/Hospital precinct, issues surrounding Green Star level 5 requirements, re-use of two existing buildings as well as linking the two together. This included differing floor heights of the 2 existing buildings, buildings being out of square yet we had to produce a final result that looked like one new building.
