Construction of a new two storey plus basement commercial property in Central Queenstown. This building required the construction of a habitable basement together with a ground floor bar/restaurant with offi ces and an apartment on the top floor. Constructed from precast concrete, recycled timber, schist stone work, copper sheeting and a colorsteel roof.
