Refurbishment of 30 existing hotel units plus construction of a new block containing 6 additional suites. The new block consists of a two storey concrete ground and first floors, concrete block external walls with stacked schist and plaster cladding.

This project involved a high level of co-ordination to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the hotel during the construction process.
