Health & Safety Manager

Bern has a rich and varied employment history, and has taken on many volunteer roles over that time. 

She has a proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, with a common sense, practical approach to any situation and ability to problem-solve. Bern has a cheerful personality and works well both individually and as part of a team. 

This will be a key skill in her role with ABL. She thrives in a multi-faceted position with the ability to multitask, prioritise and communicate well at all levels.

She has been full time in Health, Safety and Wellbeing roles since 2013 and while being new to large scale construction, her solid knowledge of life will see her adapt her many skills and experiences to this industry.
