Craig joined ABL at the beginning of 2024, he comes with a wealth of experience of the construction industry and expertise in delivery of large complex projects.
Craig’s strengths are his attention to detail, impressive communication skills, knowledge of cost control and he is particularly skilled in managing the effects of variations and changes whilst finding practical solutions.
Craig manages a project’s financial and contractual elements in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring positive working relationships with the project team are maintained. Of utmost importance to Craig is achieving the best possible result for the project, while working collaboratively and proactively with all stakeholders.
