Jamie is transitioning from Site Manager to Quantity Surveyor at ABL, supported by the company through his QS diploma. Over his years on site, he has built strong, lasting relationships with ABL's workers and subcontractors, and brings a practical, hands-on understanding of construction to how he manages cost, programme and people.

Jamie's recent Project Experience:
NDH Outpatients Building
As Site Manager on the NDH Outpatients Building project, Jamie led a carpentry team of more than 50 workers from initial framing through to doors and final
finishings, while also carrying out junior quantity surveying duties on the job.
The project required close coordination with numerous subcontractors and trades to keep works sequenced and the site running efficiently. Despite a very tight construction programme, Jamie's careful planning and steady leadership kept the carpentry works on track, ensuring the project was completed on time.
Bayfield High School 5YA
The Bayfield High School 5YA project involved the complete refurbishment of two science laboratories, an office and two storage rooms, along with a separate renovation of the students’ common room and toilets.
The job had a few unexpected challenges along the way, all of which were resolved quickly, and it was delivered hassle-free and on time. The project also helped build a strong working relationship with Bayfield High School, with the team returning on multiple occasions since for further maintenance work
Elmgrove School Bathroom & Roof upgrades
The Elmgrove School Bathroom & Roof upgrade involved renovations to the Block 1 and Block 4 toilets, along with full roof re-pitch and a new roof membrane to Block 1.
