First spade into the ground for six new villas at Radius Clare House Village in Invercargill

Yesterday, the first spade went into the ground for six new villas at Radius Clare House Village in Invercargill.
The current residents gathered with Radius Care CEO Andrew Peskett, Village Coordinator Kym Pochedly, Environment Southland Councillor Roger Hodson and members of the Radius team to celebrate the village’s next chapter.
These villas will give more Southlanders the freedom to live independently, enjoy a close-knit community and have support nearby if their needs change. As Kym put it, what we are really growing is the Clare House community.
Thank you to our residents, project manager Nick Hamlin, our main contractor Amalgamated Builders Limited and other key stakeholders for sharing the occasion. We look forward to welcoming the new residents when the villas are completed in early 2027.
