​​​​​​Foundations have been poured at 136 Moorhouse Avenue.

Work has commenced on site and Precast Panels are due at the end of April for this new 2 level commercial development in the centre of Moorhouse Avenue.

The project is due for completion November 2015.

The Client is CJ Redmond Ltd and the Development has been designed by PRau Ltd.
