ABL Office Seismic Strengthening & Refurbishment
During this project we converted what was the old Sockburn Fire station into our new ABL Christchurch Office.
This involved a significant seismic upgrade to bring the building up to over 67% current earthquake standards.
New structural bracing walls, a fire upgrade and accessibility requirements and a full office fit out were all installed as part of the project whilst retaining some of the old fire station features.
