Chateau on the Park Hotel - Earthquake Repairs
The project involved earthquake repairs to 180 bedrooms, new conference room floor slabs, new swimming pool, siteworks and landscaping areas.
This as well as the complete demolition and replacement of the Hagley foyer and lift tower whilst the hotel continued to operate made this a challenging and rewarding project for all involved.
