Chinese Gardens - Dunedin
- Central pond constructed with and outer wall with courtyards
- Pathways, bridges, rock hills, planted areas
- Meeting rooms constructed over and on the edges of the pond
Chinese Gardens' Dunedin building stages:
- Stage 1 - Creation of the pond and impervious pond liner
- Stage 2 - Foundations for the above ground work
- Stage 3 - Above ground structures
- Stage 4 - Pai Lau (entrance gate) and courtyard
All the timber above ground structures were manufactured in Shanghai, erected, then dismantled after checking by ABL, then transported to Dunedin and assembled on site by Chinese artisans under supervision by ABL and the consultants.
