Projects - Man Street Carpark

This 500-car capacity underground car park is centrally located in Queenstown and comprises four levels of parking with a roof slab designed to support a future building above.

The facility includes two lifts, comprehensive fire sprinkler and alarm systems, and full mechanical ventilation to ensure safety and functionality.

Constructed using primarily TT flooring and shell beams with in-situ concrete columns, the structure reflects a robust and efficient design solution. The project was successfully completed by ABL in July 2007.
