A five minute drive from central Queenstown, this 148 guest room hotel features a seasonal swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, gymnasium, restaurant, meeting rooms and lounge bar. The project also included extensive siteworks and landscaping.
ABL constructed this hotel, known at the time as Novotel Fernhill, Queenstown, and the 150 room Novotel Gardens Hotel concurrently.
