The construction of this 82-room luxury hotel commenced in July 2004 and was completed in August 2005.
The building is constructed of five-storey pre-cast panels to the rear at Man Street against a 12m sheet pile wall while the general structure is made of structural steel framing with traydec floor slabs.
This property was the most luxurious hotel constructed in Queenstown at the time, featuring 2500m2 of retail area, a restaurant, spa, conference rooms, gymnasium and business lounge bar.
