Projects - St Albans Residence Earthquake Repairs

The repairs involved temporarily propping the house, replacement of damaged foundations and re-levelling works.

Internally the existing lathe and plaster linings were removed and relined with braceline, the ground floor Rimu flooring replaced and the house fully redecorated.

The home was also fully repainted externally and damaged hard landscaping reinstated.

Following the re-instatement works the house performed well in the 13th June 2011 6.3 magnitude aftershock.
