Ricky joined ABL in Early 2022 as a Project Manager and quickly impressed all with his proactive approach, calm demeanour and professional approach to all levels of the Construction Project.
He has over 20years experience in the building industry, quickly progressing through the ranks to his current role, which is reflected in his ability to understand multiple construction techniques and methods.
He has previously worked for the likes of Apollo, City Care and McMillan and Lockwood within the local Christchurch market on numerous developments, that has allowed him to foster strong working relationships with Subcontractors and site staff alike.
He has experience in multiple facets of construction including Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Residential Aged Care and Government sectors. This breadth of type has allowed Ricky to develop a wealth of knowledge which can then be utilised towards the challenge ahead of him.
A strong enabler of the team working with him on site, he not only has already shown an ongoing excellence of his own performance, but has played a major role in developing the skills, attitudes and knowledge of those around him.
Ricky takes great pride in operating under the aim of ensuring a successful project for all, not just for ABL. He understands the importance of longevity of relationship, and the legacy his Projects will have for himself, for ABL and associated parties.
