The building comprises nine self contained apartments over 2 levels, with large asphalt carpark areas, small garden plots, and has a Plastered Concrete Masonry façade with decorative cedar trim. The interior of each apartment has full kitchen and laundry facilities, with three good size bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and are tastefully decorated throughout.

The building was completed ahead of time and on budget.
