Projects - SIT Yarrow Street Apartments

The SIT Yarrow St Apartments are the first accommodation facilities constructed by the Southern Institute of Technology.

The 2 buildings are made up of 12 self-contained units split across 2 levels with large asphalt car park areas, small garden areas, and are largely of precast panel construction with titan façade panel to the upper level. The interior of each apartment has full kitchen, and bathroom facilities with 2 double bedrooms.

The build had its challenges with being on the corner of two busy streets and also being built among existing operational student accommodation all of which were overcome by the experienced team from ABL.
