Richard is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of broad experience with Main Building Contractors in New Zealand, The United Kingdom, and The Netherlands.
Richard takes on other roles and responsibilities including mentoring junior QS’s, assisting with Project Management and Site Management tasks when required. He has an excellent understanding of Commercial Contracts, is able to work with Clients and Consultants on small refurbishments with short programme durations through to large scale construction projects.
He has been involved in many significant projects in Christchurch and the South Island, some of these key projects are noted below. One of Richard’s main
strengths is his ability to communicate openly with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors when reviewing complex commercial and construction issues..
This has contributed to his success within Christchurch and across the industry.
