The project involved the construction of a new commercial building with an integrated Showroom, Sales and Parts and Parts Offices, and workshop.

 As the main contractors, ABL were involved at the early design stage, assisting the consultants in a complete design of the building over a 12-month period. This was one of the reasons Norwood chose ABL. We were able to help them with early contractor involvement to review the design and to help keep the project within budget.

ABL were involved right from the design stage, and were able to focus on the client and their needs right from the start.

The building displays beautiful and functional design features, including an unusual sliding steel frame door, which allows tractors through.

It incorporates a multitude of high windows in the showroom, high-rated acoustic windows overlooking the showroom, custom joinery throughout and lightweight stone, designed specifically for the wall cladding.
