Eichardts Hotel is located on the Waterfront on the Queenstown Bay.

This exciting project was completed for guests use from the 2016 Christmas and New Year period onwards.

This iconic lake-front structure, designed to withstand a major earthquake, features contemporary grooved stonework and trapezoid windows.

The top half of the building is cantilevered off the bottom and, in a design first for the resort, a canopy has been cast into the concrete footpath, but not connected to the building.

The Penthouse adorns the top of the brand new Eichardt’s building and enjoys uninterrupted views across Lake Wakatipu to the snow-capped mountains beyond. With 240m2 of spacious living areas, indoor and outdoor kitchens, two large bedrooms, marble bathrooms, sauna, spa and Queenstown’s largest private terrace, The Penthouse is the ultimate in luxury accommodation.

Exquisitely designed, the interior is beautifully appointed with sumptuous leather sofas and fully automated lighting, heating and entertainment systems. The stunning kitchen features Gaggenau and Sub Zero appliances, a granite island bench and further mountain views.

The expansive terrace complete with a generously sized spa pool, fireplace and fully equipped outdoor kitchen, provides the perfect venue to entertain with ease. A further two brand new Lake View Suites located on the level below offer the flexibility to host additional guests.
