This project was a fast track project that brought us on board shortly after the consultants.
The construction site was on a very compact site located in the middle of Uni / Hospital precinct. The project required Green Star Level 5 including re-use of two existing buildings as well as linking the two together.
This included differing floor heights of the 2 existing buildings, the buildings being out of square and the key desire to produce a final result that looked like a singular new building.
