Projects - Banbury Care Centre

ABL successfully delivered Banbury Care Centre located in Halswell in 13 months for our client Qestral Corporation Limited. 

The Care Centre consists of 61 bedrooms, fully integrated commercial laundry, kitchens, salon, dining and lounge areas spanning over 3500m2 building footprint. The building showcases high end finishes and crisp architecture.

The building structure comprises Structural Steel and timber frames and trusses, wrapped in a combination of AAC panels with a Rockcoke finish and cedar Cladding.

The outdoor areas include decking, adjustable louvre systems, decorative paving, soft landscaping and cedar decking. Collectively, these elements harmonize to create an outdoor area  that fosters both visual appeal, comfort and well-being for the residents.
