It includes the construction of a single-storey commercial building specifically designed for Popeyes’ operational requirements, along with a fully integrated drive-thru lane incorporating ordering, payment, and pickup stations.

All required building services are installed, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as fire protection, safety systems, and full commercial kitchen infrastructure.

The project also includes comprehensive siteworks covering carparking and traffic-flow design, pavement and concrete surfacing, landscaping, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, and the installation of site lighting and signage foundations. The design features modern exterior architecture consistent with the Popeyes brand, a high-efficiency kitchen layout tailored for quick-service operations, and an indoor dining area finished to a contemporary standard. All elements meet applicable building, fire, and food safety regulations.

The purpose of the project is to expand Popeyes’ presence into the Southland region, support local employment through both construction and ongoing operations, provide a new dining option for residents and visitors, and contribute to the commercial vitality of the Dee Street corridor.
