ABL were invited to a closed request for tender with selected main contractors. Our bid was evaluated the most competitive and offering best solution.

Works were defined into zones with key programme changeover dates.
•    Zone 1 New Cafeteria and Female Change room
•    Zone 2 New Administration  
•    Zone 3 Existing amenities

Commencing on the new 480m2 cafeteria and 336m2 administration office slabs, the much smaller existing cafeteria was partially demolished for the tie in. New ground works and civil services were completed, slab pours and structural steel started at the cafeteria end to maintain momentum on to the following Kingspan roofing, profiled metal cladding and window trades.

ABL resourced the first stage to complete the interior cafeteria and female fit out works under an accelerated changeover date to minimise the client’s use of external temporary accommodations.

Additional works were accommodated into the contract including large entry canopies, replacement of existing mechanical and hydraulic feed services and an ammonia alarm upgrade.

The large office space continued in parallel as bites of the existing amenities areas became available.

The central office space features a high level of finish with bespoke joinery, tiled surfaces and surrounded by 9 individual offices, a boardroom meeting space, staff kitchen and bathroom facilities.
