Projects - SBS Project Revive

This 1850m2 high end office fit out has seen the existing 80s era office space successful transformed into a modern, warm, quiet open plan work space.
 

Due to the ever changing work environment requirements the client seen the need to completely overhaul their existing office space.
 

This involved the complete demolition of existing office walls, glazing, services and floor coverings. The new work space is largely open plan whilst incorporating Collab Spaces, Focus and Meeting Rooms.

Acoustics are a big consideration with Autex, Vidaspace and High NRC ceiling tiles incorporated throughout.
 

Existing exterior single glazing has been replaced with double glazing and a new heating system has been installed throughout to ensure the comfort of all
staff onsite.

All works have successfully been completed on time whilst incurring no disruption to the 250 employees across 4 different tenancies.
