Taylor Davies

Taylor is a key member of ABL’s quantity surveying team, bringing 14 years of combined Quantity Surveying and Project Management experience to his role. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a wide range of construction projects, developing strong technical knowledge and becoming an integral part of the project delivery process.

A qualified Quantity Surveyor, Taylor has an excellent understanding of construction techniques, cost management, and contract administration. His experience includes successfully delivering major projects such as the Invercargill Pak’nSave redevelopment and the SIT St John Creative Industries redevelopment—both of which showcased his capability in complex logistics, planning, and coordination on large-scale construction sites.

Taylor is an award-winning Project Manager, recognised for his strong industry knowledge, commitment, and professionalism. His meticulous approach and focus on quality ensure that every project he works on is delivered to a high standard.

A born-and-bred Southlander, Taylor enjoys the wide range of outdoor activities that the Southland region has to offer, he brings the same passion and dedication to all his projects.
