Jansen joined the ABL team in 2007, where he successfully completed his Carpentry apprenticeship and quickly advanced up through the ranks, earning a Foreman role by the end of 2014.
Throughout his career with ABL, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, technical ability, and a commitment to high standards.
In addition to his frontline construction experience, Jansen has played an integral role in Quality Assurance Management and Health and Safety across several of our larger and more complex projects.
His involvement in these areas has strengthened project delivery outcomes and reinforced ABL’s focus on safe, compliant, and efficient work practices.
Jansen brings a comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, Health & Safety procedures, and Quality Assurance Management. His broad skill set, dependable work ethic, and ability to mentor others make him a respected leader on site and a highly valued member of the ABL team.
