Nigel joined the ABL team in 2007, bringing a strong foundation in carpentry and a commitment to quality workmanship.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and natural leadership saw him promoted from carpenter to foreman, where he has become a highly valued member of the team.
With extensive experience across commercial and residential construction, Nigel manages a wide range of project types and conditions.

Nigel can confidently handle logistics, equipment and material planning, subcontractor coordination, and oversight of site staff to maintain safe and efficient work environments.

Nigel excels at anticipating site needs, resolving issues early, and keeping projects on schedule. His clear communication, practical problem-solving, and focus on positive team culture have earned him the respect of colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
