What some would view as a typical internal fit out had the added challenge of PRG continuing to operate as normal alongside the different building tenants; one being an accommodation space and one an eatery. Works had to be carefully managed particularly around noise to minimise disruption to operations.
Two new tenancy spaces have been leased as well as reconfiguring part of the PRGs existing space across two separable portions and three general stages has seen the floor area increased from 555m2 to 985m2.
The fit out has expanded on the current site to offer more space for specialist services and the addition of a new specialist CT Room. Specialist equipment includes a new CT Scanner, new mammogram machine (1 relocated) and the provision for a future MRI Space.
Limited onsite storage and general space was another challenge for the onsite team who utilised the just in time approach for material deliveries of all trades as well as managing sequencing of sub trades to ensure works could be completed efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
