With over 35 years of trade experience, Joe Pottinger began his career as a Carpenter with Amalgamated Builders before progressing to the role of Foreman and now Senior Site Manager.
His long involvement in the industry has given him solid practical knowledge, including a strong foundation in carpentry techniques, problem-solving on site, and a clear understanding of how building components come together in practice.
Based in Te Anau, Joe works across Southland and Central Otago on a range of projects. He is experienced in site logistics and the organising and planning of equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site staff.
Joe is known for his reliable approach and consistent follow-through, ensuring tasks are completed as planned and issues are addressed promptly.
Joe works well with others and maintains good communication across teams, helping create a cooperative and steady work environment.
His background, dependable nature, and ability to coordinate day-to-day site operations help ensure that the projects he manages run efficiently and are delivered to a good standard.
