Outram-born Paul trained as a Quantity Surveyor with Fletcher Construction in the late 1980's and has been involved in the construction industry in various roles ever since.
He joined ABL as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the mid 1990's and has looked after a large number of our fast-track projects.
While Paul's key role is as a Quantity Surveyor, he also assists on the project management of the contracts he is involved with.
