Pepi Pikia

Pepi joined the ABL team in 1985 and has held a range of roles throughout his long career with the company.

His broad experience, steady leadership, and deep understanding of ABL’s operations have made him a highly valued Site Manager.
Pepi is typically responsible for overseeing ABL’s projects in Invercargill. His strong knowledge of major project management, combined with decades of local industry experience, is invaluable in ensuring projects run smoothly and meet ABL’s standards.
With excellent insight into Southland subcontractors and suppliers, Pepi works effectively with local teams to coordinate work, manage challenges, and support the delivery of significant and demanding builds.

His long-term dedication to ABL projects and consistent, reliable approach continue to play an important role in the company’s ongoing success.
