Site Manager
Pepi joined the ABL team in 1985 and has had several positions on and off site with the company.
Pepi’s strength is as a Senior Site Manager and typically involved with managing ABLs most complex projects in Invercargill.
His local industry experience and understanding of major project management is invaluable. He has an excellent understanding of Southland subcontractors and suppliers and has the capabilities of working with them to deliver our most iconic projects.

Four energy-efficient, warm and healthy homes on Council-owned land
Early contractor involvement design & build for a 1650m² cool store storage & research facility with environmental control.
Multistage rebuild and reoutfit of what is now one of the largest Pak'nSaves in New Zealand, all while remaining operational.
A contemporary purpose-built facility that includes 140 years of history
A flagship building covering a total of just over 10,000m² and combining 5500m² of retail area and seed stores.
Modern, new, spacious Airport Terminal built to replace the existing terminal.
The modern Showrooms are a result of a conversion of an existing building plus a full gutting and refurbishment.
Two new double leveled wings added to either end of the existing Milford Sound Visitor Centre.
Construction of the Tiwai Point Aluminium Smelter Metals Products 'X' Furnace foundation.

A new extension to the Southland Aquatic Centre to accommodate a new 20 metre pool.
